Immigration became a conflict after the discovery of specious in California in 1848 which brought numerous of contract Chinese laborers to the western part of the linked States. With time immigration had such a major increase that the political sympathies had to enforce the law by protecting its border. To protect its border the government built a fence, a fence that was not able to control immigrants from bringing their families to the land of opportunity. Families fled from their country to the United States in order for their children to have a brighter early in the land of opportunities.

Those thousands of children with an unfortunate case of illegality would not be able to put in practice the flight they specialized for, since they would not have residency papers. The lack of a green card has many young lives on hold. Therefore, the trance Act was presented to the United States Senate in the year 2001, to try to quit the barriers that immigrant students face. Although the act has been circulating since 2001 to this day it has not been approved, keeping the students at a dead end.
