People suffering with stress ignore experience headaches, digestion problems, tiredness, fatigue, nausea, muscle spasms and sleep loss. Long-term, these problems can develop into heart attacks, strokes and impotence. Emotional problems from inordinate stress such as fear, anxiety and depression can worsen physical symptoms making people even more stressed.

Behavioral problems associated with stress can include withdrawal from fond situations and indecisiveness. Stress can cause irritability and tearfulness as well as making people aggressive twain verbally and physically. Stress can also affect intimate habits and activity.
Most Stressful Occupations/Jobs:
a. Commercial Pilots. Pilots are under high pressure to ensure comfort and safety of passengers while sideline the flight schedules.



Stress to safely fly in intemperate weathers is also very high. The most stressful job of 2011 is a commercial airline pilot.
b. Doctors. They need to make quick and effectual decisions in this regard that can be highly stressful. They have to think for life and death consequences while making any decision. People working in medical professions have the heartbeat most stressful job
c. humans Relation Officer. Public social intercourse officers make speeches and give presentations in front of large crowds. Public dealing is a highly competitive field and then specialists have to work quickly and creatively to meet deadlines and outdo in this field.
