There are many things that I know about athletes, the list is nearly endless. First of all, athletes are genuinely warlike in anything in which they do; I know this because I too am very competitive. I also know that no athlete likes the judgment of defeat, no matter if it is expected or not, the feeling is very much the same hurt and it tears at an athletes heart whenever defeat occurs. As an athlete I do know that being an athlete gives you a puss of an edge or boost of confidence which some people often mistake that for cockiness.
What people assume about jocks is rather an overload and can be very twisted from what the creation of it is. Many people assume that jocks are the pretty boy, preponderant males of the school.
