Water! We all yelled as we raced everywhere the top of the hills and saw towering cottonwood trees. It had been a recollective twenty-four hours for all of us. We all had ran out of piss hours onward we finally saw signs that there was a hope that water was not too far off. We had been backpacking in the fierce Creek area for many days now. In the marrow of the grove of cottonwood trees, we crossed Red Creek, which is a feeder of the Verde River running through Utah and Arizona. I immediately began to count that I had been in the sun too long and was seeing things not really there. This was water. I had not seen so lots water in weeks. This would still not be sort out as a river because with a good running step up I could still jump across to the other side. analyse this to the mud puddles and cow tanks (water used by animals that collects in holes in the rocks of the desert) that I had grown accustom to drinking out of, this was a great amount of precious, clean water for me to enjoy. In piffling than a minute, we all had stripped drink down to our shorts and were delusion in the refreshing water pig outing our canteens with delicious liquid. We drank so much water that we were all sick in a very short time.
Even with the knowledge that this would happen, the water was so refreshing that neither my companions nor I could stop ourselves from drinking our fill and little more and even then a little more. I knew then that everyone in the world often downstairs estimates the importance of water. We all readily agreed with no arguing that we had found the perfect place to camp for the night.
The next day the decision to stay and enjoy the luxuries that Red Creek offered us was not difficult to make. We broke camp to move down stream about one half mile which was a better camping spot than our original spot which we had chosen in our haste to enjoy the water.
