A Review of the fact Study
Hitashi, Inc. (HIT), founded by Fred Lominson in 2001, provides online learning platform to provide ethics training programs in banking and finance industries. HIT has seen a unbendable growth till the banking crisis in 2007, after which there was an exponential function growth in its business. Mary Elliot has recently joined HIT last month after the retirement of former CEO, shite Sherman, who retired in December 2011 due to his health issues.




After take up together HIT, Mary started interviewing the key members of the leadership staff to understand their points of view on the company culture.
