An Organisation can be outlined as a well-disposed unit of raft consistently structured and managed to meet the need or to pursue incarnate goals on a continuing basis (Business dictionary). Lark pressure group Primary School is a two form entranceway school with 450 pupils located in the London Borough of Lambeth. The school in addition has a move for Autism and a Sure Start Childrens Centre. There ar 86 employees, 35 of which be pedagogy staff and 51 of which are support staff including the institution team.

The Childrens Centre on the other hand works nearly with the community to improve outcomes of young children from as young as one year old till the age that they are able to start preschool, and their family helping them to prepare life and gear up for school, no matter what their background or family circumstances.
