Aids In The Workplace

I am really non sure t here is a heck of a lot that you apprize really do in this situation to please everyone. First of all I am not really sure that it is obvious that anyone has AIDS. Back to the issue at hand, somewhat an employee having AIDS or any communicable disease. From the little kidnapping of research that I have fathere I dont believe there is really anything you can legally do, and morally there is no lawsuit for it. If you were to fire/ transplant them solely on the basis of having a disease then you and the company in which you represent would be guilty or wrongful termination.
I would say the best thing to do for the moral of the entire group of employees would maybe be to have a speaker come in and talk about things that you should and shouldnt do.



Even before going that route I would probably just tell the employees that, if they feel it is that big of a problem I would do everything in my power to aid them rile a transfer to a different surgical incision or location. I would also just say attend its not fair to remove him for no reason other than you guys be making a big switch out of nothing. I really dont visualise an easy solution in this scenario in which all parties are happy at the conclusion of this problem. We are all adults here and need to grow up eventually, so why not now.
