I am really non sure t here is a heck of a lot that you apprize really do in this situation to please everyone. First of all I am not really sure that it is obvious that anyone has AIDS. Back to the issue at hand, somewhat an employee having AIDS or any communicable disease. If you were to fire/ transplant them solely on the basis of having a disease then you and the company in which you represent would be guilty or wrongful termination.
I would say the best thing to do for the moral of the entire group of employees would maybe be to have a speaker come in and talk about things that you should and shouldnt do.
